gOoD mOrNiNg FrIeNdS!! I'm back after a day off from everything yesterday (except work!). I didn't run, workout, or blog, and it was nice! So today, to get back to blogging and running...I ran an easy 10 miles. My body was really sluggish and heavy, but I managed to finish it. I don't understand why it feels this way after a rest day?!?
The splits for this run were: 8:58, 9:09, 8:54, 9:09, 8:39, 9:05, 8:36, 9:09, and 8:58. I only ran .02 more miles because I was running by a house that was getting trees cut down and I didn't want to stop under them hahaha.
I know, I know everyone! Try to contain your excitement.... Pumpkin season is BACK! I could go for a pumpkin donut/muffin/iced coffee right about now :)
