JUSTING KIDDING^^^...Although I am resting! Today is my scheduled rest day, so I am not doing any hard physical activity. Right when I woke up, I completed my 4th day in the 30 day yoga class challenge I am taking online, and then did day 3 of my dumbbell arms challenge from online. The arm challenge is every other day, and the yoga challenge is everyday. They are both very brief from definitely effective and easy to get done because there is not a big time commitment.
After these short exercises that stretched me out and readied me for the day, I got my mom and I coffee. I used to be able to drink a lot more coffee, but now I can barely finish a small which is perfectly fine with me. I don't need the extra energy!! My little friend came over and attacked me while I was drinking my coffee, not really sure why though?!?
