Working from 3-11 on Saturday night and waking up Sunday morning for a 15 mile run had me feeling reeeeallllllllyyyyyy tired last night. I went to sleep before 9, and I slept like a rock through the night! Spending the day on the Cape was great, even if the weather wasn't beautiful. We went out on the boat, ate some yummy food, played some football, and just relaxed.
This morning I woke up and hopped on my bike for a ride around town. It was not easy, seeing as I ran so much this weekend, but it felt great and helped me stretch out my muscles. I did some easy strength training after, but not too much because I have a speed workout tomorrow morning.
Today on the agenda is some grocery shopping (I'm out of everything!) and some relaxing. Maybe I'll go hunt down the new Runner's World Magazine today! Happy Monday :)
